"Late replacement and slow refund"
The replacement ended up coming later than expected, and then the refund took a while too, which was frustrating. Support did reply, so I guess that’s something, but they didn’t really help much beyond answering. I kept thinking it would get sorted any day, and then it just kind of dragged on longer than it should have.

I ordered from The Present Tree and, to be fair, the item did arrive in good condition. I just kind of assumed delivery would be quicker, and once I didn’t see many updates, my brain went straight to “hmm, is this even on the way?” It wasn’t a huge problem, just a bit slower than I’d hoped. The product itself was fine when it turned up

"Nice idea, but not sure it’s worth the price"
I liked the concept of The Present Tree and the delivery was fine, but I have to admit I was a bit underwhelmed when it arrived. The tree was smaller than I expected for the price, and the overall presentation didn’t feel quite as special or premium as I’d hoped. It wasn’t bad, but I did find myself questioning the quality and value for what was included in the box. I probably wouldn’t order again unless there was a decent discount.

"Why are the plant options so limited?"
I was hoping to find a better variety of plants, but the choices were limited. It kind of left me thinking, why is it so complicated to just have a few more options?
"Slow replies and not much help tbh"
I reached out to customer service about an issue with my order, and wow, the replies were super slow. I get that stuff gets busy, but waiting around with no real update was annoying tbh.
When they finally did reply, it didn’t really solve anything. I had to keep following up, and it felt like they weren’t even properly reading what I’d already explained lol.
Overall, it was just frustrating and kinda disappointing. I probably wouldn’t order again unless their support improves a lot.

The pages were loading really slowly, the buttons were annoying to tap, and when I got to checkout, it wasn’t very clear what was going on. At that point I started wondering if everything was even working properly, so I just gave up before placing an order.

I followed their instructions exactly, but the tree still died quickly. When I reached out, all I got was one of those canned apology responses that didn’t really address anything. Frustrating experience overall

The website was easy to use overall, but I don’t know, the checkout felt a little clunky to me. I had to pause a couple times to figure out what to do next, but I got through it in the end
"Not Really the Birthday Gift I Had in Mind"
I picked this out thinking it would be a cute birthday gift, but it kind of threw off my plans. The tree felt way too serious and not fun or festive enough for the occasion. It’s a nice idea, but it just didn’t match the birthday vibe I was going for, so I was disappointed.

"Shipping Cost Was a Dealbreaker!!!"
I was ready to order again, but the shipping cost felt way too high and kind of unfair!!! It just made the whole purchase not feel worth it anymore, so I ended up skipping it!!!

"Smaller than I expected"
I was really hoping this tree would be the size shown, but it arrived much smaller than I expected. I even double-checked the listing because I thought maybe I missed something. It would be reassuring if the measurements were a bit clearer so buyers know exactly what they’re getting.

"Not the best experience"
The plant itself was okay, but of course the box showed up late and completely crushed. I was worried the whole time it would be damaged, and it just felt like one of those situations where I end up getting the rough end of the deal. It survived, but the delivery experience was disappointing.

The gift message wasn’t what I wrote. It was missing words, which made the whole present feel kind of awkward when it arrived. I reached out to support, but there wasn’t much they could really do by then since the gift had already been sent. Disappointing, since the note was the main personal part of it...

The item itself was fine, but the personalisation was not what I typed when placing the order. It was a bit disappointing, to be honest, because I expected the wording to match exactly. Hopefully this can be checked more carefully next time

"A little disappointing for a gift"
I was in a excited mood when I ordered this as a gift, so it was disappointing when the plant arrived later than expected and the gift note was missing. I reached out to customer support and they did reply, but it felt slow and not especially helpful. Everything was okay in the end, but it definitely wasn’t the smooth gifting experience I was hoping for

I ordered this as a gift the presentation was disappointing. The box looked like it had been thrown together in a hurry, the paper was creased, and it just didn’t have that nice “special gift” feeling when opened. For the price, I really expected it to arrive looking ready to give. Instead, I had to take the time to rewrap it myself, which was frustrating because I was basically forced to be patient and fix something that should’ve already been done properly. Kind of defeated the whole point of buying it as a gift.

"I sent this as a gift, hoping it..."
I sent this as a gift, hoping it would be a lovely little surprise, but it turned into a total letdown. The recipient was not impressed at all — the tree looked way smaller and sadder than I expected, and just didn’t have that healthy, gift-worthy look. For the price, it really didn’t feel worth it. I was cringing hard because it was supposed to be something nice, not a disappointing little plant disaster.
